Lock Check-in/Check-out to a single day and Taxes for each guest

Hi,
1) is it possible to lock check-in and check-out to some day? For example I only allow guests to arrive on saturday. If in settings I disable the other weekdays, guest will not be able to book their stay for a week.
I see I can set a minimum of day to stay, but not the starting (leaving) day. Is it possible to do so?

2) I need to insert the “city tax”. It is 1$ for each guest for each day. If I add a new tax, I can set fixed or percent value daily, but I can’t multiply it for any guest selected as “extras”. Is there a solution?
