Lock a backup

    I used to be able to lock a backup to make sure it cannot be deleted, but that options doesn’t seem to be available now. Should I be looking somewhere specific to take this action? By selecting the backup file, I only get the option to delete…

    To lock an existing backup, double click on the backup time/data and you can check a box that appears to lock it.

    To lock a backup thats about to be made, after you have pressed the blue backup now button in the backup /restore tab, check the option to ?“Only allow this backup to be deleted manually (i.e. keep it even if retention limits are hit)”
