Locator Tab Not Accessible

The addon for bulk import is not working correctly, and slowing down the entire website. when trying to upload the cvs file the site times out.. and Names are not being displayed..

Have cleared with janitor,

Name field is not displaying,

Have made display number of locations smaller,

still, cvs upload is timing out.

Are you able to address this issue?
we purchased this add-on in order to bulk upload..

You must post your questions in the forum with your Plugin Environment. This support forum is only for the Base (free ) Plugin and your question is about the ProPack add-on. Your CSV file is not in the correct format, making fonts smaller will not effect upload times, correct formatting, your configuration settings, your server limitations and your PhP settings will effect load times, also you must be running the latest versions. I believe all your questions are being answered in the SLP support forum.
This support forum does not get checked as often since it is supposed to be for just the base Plugin which is working.
