Locations only shown when logged in to WordPress

  • Hi There,

    The tracking works fine when I am logged in to WordPress, but as soon as I am logged out, it says:
    Tracks could not be loaded:
    403 – Access denied (q=eyJpZCI6W10sImxpdmUiOlsxXX0=)

    The site is running WordPress 5.1.1 | PHP 7.0.33, sorry not sure about what OS the server is running.
    I am using Mac OS 10.12.6 with Chrome.

    Any tips on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
