Locations dependent on category

Is it possible to have locations dependent on the category selected (on the submission form)? For example, I want to create a “Park Meetups” category. If someone selects that particular category when submitting an event, they are given a dropdown list of parks to choose from in the locations fields.
All other categories would utilize the standard (non-dropdown) location fields.
