Location/country selection using popup?

Hi, I was wondering if it’s possible to configure this plugin so that users can use it to select their location/country manually (e.g. from a drop down list) so that products in a wocommerce store are then displayed with the correct pricing and taxes for their location?

I know that the geolocation feature of woocommerce can be used to automatically detect the user’s location and display correct product pricing. However, when I enable the geolocation with page caching support feature in woocommerce, it slows down my page loading speed too over 5 seconds, which is not acceptable.

Although the ordinary geolocation feature (i.e. without page caching support) of woocommerce does not slow down my page loading time, I also don’t wish to use that feature because, unlike the geolocation with page caching support feature, it can cause incorrect pricing to be displayed to a user.

If your popup plugin cannot be used in the above-described manner, are you aware of any plugins that could provide the functionality that I am looking for?
