Location URL placeholder not showing up in booking confirmation emails

    Hi, #_EVENTLOCATION and the other event locations URL placeholders from https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/location-types/urls/ don’t seem to be working when added to the confirmed booking email template in settings. Can those be added? The places where I have those placeholders show up as blank.

    My template is as follows:

    Dear #_BOOKINGNAME, 

You have successfully reserved #_BOOKINGSPACES space for #_EVENTLINK.

Date/Time: #_EVENTDATES @ #_EVENTTIMES
{has_event_location_url}
URL: #_EVENTLOCATION
#_EVENTLOCATION{url}
{/has_event_location_url}
{no_event_location_url}
Location: #_LOCATIONNAME - #_LOCATIONFULLLINE
{/no_event_location_url}

    I tried it out myself and it seems to be working fine. can I know what is your current EM version and if possible for you to try EM Dev version 5.9.8.2?

    Thanks for your reply. I’m using version 5.9.8.1. I could try 5.9.8.2.

    Just to clarify, the #_LOCATIONNAME and #_LOCATIONFULLLINE placeholders are working fine, just the #_EVENTLOCATION one, for events with a URL rather than physical location, is not showing.

    I am having a similar problem. On a previous event, the url was displayed with the event details. It is not displaying now. Location is blank.

    @ufengineering, EM Dev version 5.9.8.2 includes a fix related to location

    * fixed location dropdown not showing option for no location or a placeholder if physical locations are the only location types enabled
