    this works for me, have you tried to temporarily disable other plugins or revert back to default theme to narrow down the problem and confirm that this isn’t a plugin or theme conflict? also, can I know what is your current EM version?

    Not sure what you mean by tab, do you mean the link in the admin menu?

    Try looking at your Settings > General > User Capabilities to make sure edit_locations is checked. It may be another plugin disabled the capability.
