location setting does not stay on the selected location,keeps on changing itself

  • Hi all, you can see a drop down button on the right corner of the page at the very top. It is created by custom code. It’s purpose is to change content dynamically when user switches to diff region.
    What I have noticed is that the location setting does not stay on the selected location, when you navigate to other pages.

    For example: If I select UK on the Home Page and then I navigate to the Pricing page, the Location Setting changes to Other. If I am on the Pricing Page (Location set as UK) and then navigate to Home Page, it changes to Other.
    I need it to stay on selected region as user selects even after navigating between other pages. Can anybody help me with this? I’m not sure why it keeps on changing itself.

  • You have stated it is custom code, so how have you coded that it that is remembers the visitors choice? Cookies? PHP Sessions? LocalStorage? Url-Rewriting?
