Location of the filter and its display on mobile

I have a filter All archive pages for this post type on the page
https://www.heerlijkhuisjehuren.nl/vakantiehuizen/
But the filter does not work on a mobile device.

And I have a Filter Each Product Categories on his page:
https://www.heerlijkhuisjehuren.nl/vakantiehuizen/nederland/
Now the filter in de sidebar is above the categories but I want the filter below.

How can I adjust this?
