Location of languages in the menu

Hi!
Tell me, please, how can I make my own arrangement of languages (flags) in the menu on the site?
I now have the first Ukrainian and the second English in the admin panel – https://prnt.sc/CR7FPVhY0zCu, but on the site they become wrong, it turns out the other way around – https://prnt.sc/eRAJFKa-FJuF.
I tried changing the order, but still nothing happens… Can you help?
