Hi, are you talking about exporting the log file?

Yes I am. Its just giving a blank page. We’ve checked the php logs but they are all blank. So something odd going on. I’m still trying to figure it out.

This stems from when I moved to a new domain last year and your plugin was the only one that did not have any type of way to export it over and so all my downloads broke. I have almost 300 so it was a problem. I had my programmer fix it somehow so it would work… but its been so long he’s unsure what changes he made where so I’ve not updated the plugin yet for fear it will break everything. We were hoping to export the CSV file so if it broke I was told he could get it back working easily while I find a different plugin to slowly migrate too. Which I hate doing as I love yours. But I’m just nervous at some point its going to break completely if I don’t upgrade it as wordpress upgrades.

If you have any idea why I’m not getting the download to work I’d appreciate input.
    Thanks!

Hi, please try the following forum post. The solution in this post might also help you.

Also it is always a good idea to have a current backup of your database.

Let me know how you go.

    Kind regards
