    I am currently working on a site for my works local intranet so you wouldn’t be able to access my site. Is there any help you can give me without actually seeing the site?

    go to in your plugin directory >> appointment-calendar-shortcode.php

    and replace all code with linked file code

    I kinda have the same problem: the calendar is out of it’s div, so I can’t really style it ( as size or placement ). Can you please re-post the php code ?
    My website is not public.
