    Hi

i want to change the alert email on a number of sites and dont want to keep logging in to the different sites so I want to do it in phpmyadmin. Where is the email that receives the alerts from the global options section on the database – which table?

    Hi @heleneleh,

The value is stored as a BLOB in the alertEmails column of the wp_wfconfig table. Make sure you’re happy to make the change (as sometimes phpMyAdmin needs to be configured to view/edit this type of field), but I’d still recommend making a backup before editing your site’s database directly just in case.

You can also manage the settings and alert preferences on multiple sites for free using Wordfence Central. You may not wish to do that, but is worth a mention if you are responsible for many sites at the same time.

    Thanks,
    Peter.
