Location not found?

I have tried to follow the instructions, here:

But your screen shots and instructions differ greatly from my console.
I have the project created
I have selected the 3 Map APIs
I have Enabled all 3 APIs

But when I go to Credentials, I only have an option to create:
1. API Key
2. OAuth Client ID
3. Service Account Key

There is nowhere to create/edit a specific API for Google Maps Javascript API?
In the Google Maps Javascript API section, there is no location to select a specific API?

I did copy the API I did create into the Events Manager settings field.

I’m willing to pay for the Pro Plan – but only if I know it’s going to work?
