    Hello Community
    i have installed woocommerce order app on my phone and also i have enabled whatsapp ordering system at checkout for my website. this plugin works amazing but customer location is not showing on whatsapp ordering system also not in woocommerce mobile app as well. please help me with that because my main purpose for this plugin is to show customer location in mobile app and in whatsapp.

    Hi, the woocommerce app is a native app which makes use of the WooCommerce REST API to get product and store data, it is not possible to display data shown in metaboxes inside the mobile app. But you can see custom fields(which hold the latitude and longitude of the customer)

    Unfortunately it’s not possible to display the map on the mobile app because the mobile app does not work the same way as a website and doesn’t seem to provide a way to let developers make this possible.

    Regarding whatsapp, what plugin are you using for this? Again, you’d have to reach out to the whatsapp plugin developer and tell them what you’re trying to achieve so they can maybe assist. You can link them to this thread.

    The customer location is stored in the order’s metadata, with the fields lpac_latitude and lpac_longitude its a matter of the whatsapp plugin making use of that data to create a map link and send a map link along with the order.
