    Hi,

    For some reason the location is displaying as anywhere even though we have Hong Kong set.

    See screenshot -> https://imgur.com/a/oAPJP

    We have the latest version installed.

    Can you please advise?

    Hmm, this works for me:

    How exactly are you submitting the job, via the backend wp-admin dashboard, or the frontend job submission page?

    It’s possible that there might be a conflict with one of your current plugins.

    Try disabling all of your plugins except WP Job Manager (and add-ons). Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.

    Let me know what you find out!

    My client is submitting the job listing through the backend.

    Every other location works fine, except Hong Kong for some very strange reason.

    For example -> https://www.benasso.com/job/paralegal-legal-executive-legal-graduates-property-mb0058/

    Can you please advise?

    Thank you.

    This might be the cause of the error. WP Job Manager is designed such that all job submissions, edits, etc. should be done via the frontend forms.

    If you use the job submission page (whichever page you have [submit_job_form] on) to submit a listing with “Hong Kong” as the location, does it get geocoded correctly then?

    My client is adding the available jobs through the backend like they have always done…

    What happens if you add a job in Hong Kong through the frontend job submission form? That works for me on my test site:
