Location ballon does not pick up #_EVENTNAME placeholder

I’d like to display Event Name on the location balloon, and updated the map format to
#_EVENTNAME
#_LOCATIONNAME
EventsHowever, #_EVENTNAME is not recognized as a placeholder. Location balloon displays the actual word ‘#_EVENTNAME’ instead.
Is there a way to display the event name in the balloon?
