Location and multiple pages

Two questions based on the followin post on my website:

1. Is it posssible to show the “Print” link on the same line with the title of the post. It doesn’t look nice in its current location.
2. Above post has multiple pages but the Print Friendly & PDF seems to get the first page only. How can I solve this problem?
