• I’ve read everything I need to do in terms of re-installing. I even went to FileZilla, opened things up etc. The problem I’m having is I cannot locate the file that holds the old/corrupted plugin. I need to find it so I can delete it so I can install the new updated plugin.

How does one go about locating that file if it’s not showing up in my wp-content folder, wp-plugin folder via filezilla?

    Hey @jazanderson,

sorry about the issue. Normally the plugin should be in wp-content/plugins/frizzly. Just delete the entire frizzly folder and that should do it.

If it’s not there, chances are you’re using a plugin that changes the location where plugins are stored and you should read that plugin’s documentation to learn where those files are.
