localtimes.info server down = long response time

Thanks for the plugin.

Had no problems with it until today I found that if the localtimes.info site is down (it was today), then my web page with this widget won’t load completely and just waits sometimes for well over a minute. Even after that time, the time is not populated.

Can you build in a timeout parameter and message for clock that says “not available” or something similar?
