localpickup plus tax issue

    Hi,

    I used following plugins for tax calculation in cart page.

    woocommerce localpickup plus plugin
    taxjar plugin
    usps shipping plugin

    The issue is,
    for shipping address, its display correct tax for shipping address
    but for local pickup, its doesnot show correct tax for store location instead it display tax for shipping address.

    This issue occur in following toogle links(near product name/Img) in cart page
    Click here to ship this item.
    Click here to pickup this item.

    I miss any configuration for show correct tax for store location address ?
