Localizing Weather for CPT Posts and categories

    Hi,

    I have a custom post type where most posts have addresses and geographic coordinates that are stored in custom fields. How can we localize the weather widget to show the forecast for the location associated with each post in the post’s single view?

    And I have location categories and each location has it’s own weather. Is this possible that I have a weather widget for each side with different locations and weather data.

    Hi Hasel,

    I am not sure I got your request.

    At the moment you can add the accuweather location code like “EUR|DE|GM007|FRANKFURT AM MAIN|” to your custom post type and then use it in a shortcode see the manual

    In the future there will be fields for lat and lon so you do not need the accuweather location code anymore.
