Localizing the related post heading title with polylang

hi YARP users, I was wondering, if it is possible to localize the related post heading title across languages using polylang? I want the heading to be titled as “Related content” in English and a localized version for the second language. I habe the latest polylang installed. Let me know if it’s possible to do this in any way. Thank you
