Localizing Amazon links automatically

  • Hi,

    Some of my posts have links to Amazon.com products.

    How can I make the plugin automatically localize these links + add my tracking ids? (I have created tracking ids for US, UK and CA).

    I can find a shortcode for adding localized links, but what I’m looking for is automatic conversion of my existing Amazon.com links (so they get localized + get tracking ids).
