    Hi @anders3byg

Could you check if these errors occur after performing a conflict check with a default WP theme and only Yoast SEO 18.1 as the plugin enabled?

Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict, is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty.

Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts

Otherwise, if it still occurs, could you provide us with the full error message from your server log?

In our changelog, we did make a change in 18.1 that:

    • Switches from packaged script translations to those from www.remarpro.com in order to reduce ZIP size and disk usage.

    Hey @anders3byg,

Were you able to do a conflict check to check which plugin/theme is using deprecated functions from our plugin? Thanks!

    Hi @jeroenrotty

I have tried to disable other plugins and switch to default theme.

It appears the issue comes into play when yoast premium is active. The error is gone when i disable premium and keep regular yoast active.

    Hi @anders3byg

You’ve mentioned that this occurs only when you activate Yoast SEO Premium and not Yoast SEO Free, right?

Do you have an active subscription for Yoast SEO Premium? If so, please do contact us directly at [email protected] so we can provide you with further assistance. Do feel free to refer to this forum thread in your support request as well.
