Localization-ready (translation-ready) WordPress themes?

Hello,

I am searching for WordPress themes, which are ready to be translated in other languages than English (themes, which include a .POT file, from which can be easily created .po/.mo files in the language you need).

But I feel a bit stuck. Most of the themes (not to say, almost all) I have found up to now, are without such file, and a translation would involve a lot of manual labour — not to mention the fact that if I need to upgrade such a theme, this will be almost impossible… ??

I have found a good theme by Sadish – ‘Misty Look’ – and it is translation-ready. I know ‘K2’ is translation ready. And.. that’s all, up to now… ??

I have found also some good themes, which come with a .POT file, but their last version is somewhere around 2006, so this is not good (link). So, either themes come without .POT file, or they are not developed anymore for latest versions of WP, or…

Please, if anyone has a good resource in mind (themes for WP, which are actually developed, and are translation-ready), I will appreciate this a lot!
