Localization problem

First sorry for my bad english:(…
I’m using wordpress 1.2.1 and i have problem with czech localization. I upload translation file from wiki and edit config file, but it doesn’t work:(. I tried also other translation files. What’s wrong:)? On my hosting is PHP 5.0.1 and on local host PHP 5.0.2.
