Localization Issue

I’m trying to change some of the headings of the plug in via a localization plug in. For example, I want to change department to office. I’ve installed Loco Translate to aid in changing the text. I have checked the box that I’m using a localization plug in. I’ve turned off any site caching. I can only find the GB english version so I change the text string there.

After saving, I open up the site in a new browser and click to launch the chat window. The plugin still says department. I have WP 5.4 and 3cx 8.1.7. When I look at your documentation, the instructions say to look for the file wplc-en_EN.po. In my case, it’s not there. Could that be the issue?
