Localisation of calender system in Tibetan

Hey guys,
i am working on a project of wordpress site in our own native language ie Tibetan. I am almost done with the localisation of site except for the calender system in our system. i have done lots of research in the internet and i am not getting proper steps to carry out the procedure.
