Good Idea! Not implementing it yet, but stuck it on the ideas list for the plugin. Probably will be included in the next release (when I figure it out!).

Will see what’s possible, but added it as a feature request – https://github.com/rhyswynne/wp-flipclock/issues/2 – patches are always welcome.
