Localhost/phpmyadmin cant access

I have installed xamp and i am trying to add a Database on to my localhost. as i have a website and its Live and its on Opencart i am trying to convert the database from Opencart to WordPress. can anyone Suggest how can i migrate my DB from Opencart to WordPress. this is my Site.
