Localhost linking to Live site

Hi

I have problem with my localhost. (MAMP is on, localhost is via website address). However when I do a change (editing style.css) and check it via localhost (using firebug) I can see the link on the first line is linking to live site. (This was earlier on the week as I thought it might be a cache or something) BUT today I went to it and it is still linking to live site!?
How? I don’t know, thought local host is only for local so I don’t know how the live site is linking via MAMP controls. Can anyone help me out on that please?

I have cleared the cache but still have the same problem..
