Local video gets deleted after update

    I’m having the same issue… I haven’t had any luck. Wondering if I need another plugin.. Anyone have a clue?

    Hey,

    I was just playing around with some settings, but I found the locally hosted hyperlink after I clicked on media, then went to the video. It should be labeled as the Permalink. Try using that URL and see if you have any luck. Also, I had some issues using qt formatted files. mp4 seems to work much quicker and easier.

    Good idea, but it didn’t solve the problem for me.

    I’ll just embed the video from Vimeo, since video upload in WordPress seems to be buggy anyway:
