• Just found out that in my feed pubDate shows the UTC time. Local time difference that I’ve set in setting does not apply to the feed. How can I fix this? Thanks!

You don’t. UTC is the most commonly used standard for RSS feeds. The users feed reader will convert the time to their local time. If you changed it, then some feed readers might choke on your feed.
