When a search term is entered in the search bar on the my site, the “Redirection plug-in creates a redirect to the homepage instead of a subpage with search results. How can I rule out this error? I am using a plug-in called “Ivory Search – WordPress Search PluginBy?Ivory Search”.

    Hi @dpblog

Could you please let me know what kind of redirection rules you have currently active?

Overall the issue you describe sounds like an issue with parameters, I tested it on your website and it looks like the search adds ?s= parameter to the URL.

You can fix the issue by disabling “Ignore parameters” in Advanced options of Redirection rule. Just make sure that’s the correct rule which can affect search URL.

You can send me exported redirections JSON file via e-mail (I noticed you already sent email to us).

    Good morning,

thank you for your interest in my problem. Your tip was helpful and I found a rule that included some characters that the plugin responsible for searching for blog articles adds to the URL. My problem is resolve. Thanks for help.
