Local pickup within local delivery area issue

    Hello,

    I’m trying to add Local Pickup as an option to my client’s shipping methods. My client also offers Local Delivery to specific postal codes. The problem I’m encountering is that my client wants to give the option of local pickup to a broader area (the whole province in this case) while keeping the local delivery option for the postal codes specified, and I can only show one or the other, not both.

    Here are my current shipping zones:

    Zone 1: Canada, Province, A1A *, A1B *, A1C *, A1D * ─ Local Delivery

    Zone 2: Canada, Province ─ Local Pickup

    If I put Zone 2 above Zone 1, Local Delivery disappears and Local Pickup appears, and vice-versa. How do I get both to show up with their respective conditions?

    Now, could you share a screenshot of the Livraison locale Zone?

    Upon closely checking the screenshot you provided, I can see that the issue is that when you added the wildcard for the Livraison locale Zone you added a space before the asterisk, and that space shouldn’t be there.

    So, the solution to this issue would be to delete that space. It should something look like this:

    A1A*, A1B*, A1C*, A1D*

    Hi Gabriel, I’m not 100% how but it did indeed fix my issue. I added Local Pickup as an option in Livraison Locale, and separately in Collecte Locale, and it works!
