Local Pickup with specific quantity

    We are setting up an eCommerce website with Woocommerce. We have hampers that can be picked up in-store (we set up Local pickup), but we want to add one condition: “if buying more than 10, you can choose Free shipping or Express shipping”.
    We have tried setting under Shipping Restrictions 2 conditions:
    Category = Hampers
    AND Package item count < 10.

    But it doesn’t work. We appreciate your time reading this, if anyone knows how to fix it, please let us know

    You can control the number of items to be ordered, e.g. with a plugin such as Min/Max Quantities extension:

    And implement this using shipping classes and the built-in Flat Rate shipping method.

    You can set up a free shipping class, or express shipping class (this is according to your needs). Also, set up a price per quantity using the [qty] placeholder, and leave the price for “free shipping” as 0.
