    The free version of the plugin is installed (2 weeks ago) in a multi-site setting; one retail site and one for wholesale users. The settings are the same on both sites; there is some variation in the Shipping Zones. Everything was working okay until a couple days ago until the ‘Local Pickup’ stopped showing as an option on the checkout page for the wholesale site only. I deleted the ‘Okanagan Wholesale’ Zone and the Local Pickup did show. When I added the ‘Okanagan Wholesale’ zone back in, it only showing local pickup as the option. I have also Deactivated, Deleted, reinstalled and updated the plugin.

    thank you for contacting us. I think that I have found the issue.

    In the “Wholesale Okanagan Shipping” method, the Show only for logged in users is enabled (you’ll find it in the Advanced Options just over the Shipping Cost Calculations Table).

    I think that on the Wholesale site you are not logged in – Login button is available in the main menu next to the cart icon. In this case, the shipping method will not be visible.

    Please check if the method displays correctly after logging in. I hope it will solve the issue.
