Local Pickup Not Working

Our charity has only two products:

https://turningpointeautismfoundation.org/product/face-mask/One is taxable, one is not, in case that makes any difference.
There is only one shipping zone setup, covering the entire U.S. It has Per-Product Shipping and Local Pickup configured as shipping methods. Shipping Debugger says that the orders are matched to the U.S. Shipping Zone. The per-product rates have been entered, and work properly. But Local Pickup is NOT available for either product. I’ve gone through the settings a dozen times…what might I be missing?

The settings look correct in the screenshot. I would recommend that you do conflict testing on your site to see what’s causing the issue. We have a guide to help you here.
