Local Pickup not showing or showing all the time

    I have 4 shipping zones
    Free Delivery (postcode specific)
    Local Pickup
    Courier Under ￡150
    Courier Free Delivery Over ￡150

    If the postcode does not match I always get Local Pickup and no other option. If I put Local Pickup at the bottom I get the courier options but no local pickup.

    Tested with 2020 and current theme.

    Can you clairfy if you have 4 Shipping Zones or 4 Shipping Methods, or are all 4 of those Shipping Methods included in your 4 Shipping Zones? It’s important to understand the difference between Shipping ZONES and Shipping METHODS in WooCommerce and how they are recognized by WooCommerce when the customer enters their address at checkout.

    It sounds like you may want to make sure all of those Shipping Methods (Free Shipping, Local Pickup, Courier under and Courier over) are all included within the same Shipping Zone to see if that resolves the issue you are reporting.
