Local install

I have installed WordPress locally and the installation was the best I have seen ever! However every time I click a link I get taken to the directory and not the file. So if I clcik th Archives April link I get taken to https://localhost/TeeJayUu/blog/?m=200604 and the Site Admin Link goes to https://localhost/TeeJayUu/blog/wp-admin/How can I stop this happening? Everything works fine on line (www.teejayuu.co.uk/blog) but not locally. I want to get everything sorted out before I go live
