local host installation problem

guys i have done exactly what is there in here

https://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/xampp/

after doing this i started to install php through this

https://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php

but still there is a problem i cant go forward wat’s the prob i tried 4-5 times still hanging

i made like this in notepad
wp-config.php
