Local ga.js file

Hi,
I am using the latest WordPress and YOAST Google Analytics version. In some older change log I’ve seen that there must be an option to define your local ga.js file.
I’m too blind. I can’t see it.:-). How do I change it without modifying the underlying plugin sources? I want to avoid that because all my settings are overwritten on each new version.
