Local backup will not be deleted

    Hello,

    I have the problem that my local backups cannot be deleted automatically. I have already checked, that the option is checked “to delete local backups”.
    I also didn’t found any help on the web…

    I always reach maximum quota of my webhost..

    Log shows “2108.042 (0) [Warning] Ein ZIP-Fehler ist aufgetreten – überprüfe das Log-File für mehr Details.
    2108.047 (0) The attempt to close the zip file returned an error (PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature). List of files we were trying to add follows (check their permissions).”

    It appears that UpdraftPlus could not successfully complete the backup due to full disk space storage. Please delete the all unused and unfinished backup then re-run backup.

    Do you still get the same issue?

    thanks, but that is the problem what i told. The local backups will not be deleted, when I delete the local backups i have the same problem again and again….

    I stil got the oppersite problem.
    ALL my backup is deleted (somehow) (automatic aften some days, this time 4 days)

    All my backup is shown but.: This file does not exist locally, and there is no remote storage for this file. No lokal kopi

    ALL the log-files is also gone….!!

    I have try to reinstall the UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    Please send us a new copy of the backup log so I can check again. Make sure you are also already using the latest version of our plugin.

    If its me (AppWeb) you reply to, i am a the moment trying an ideer i just got, making a new directory for the backup-files…..seem to work….for now…

    To (tak1993) try to make a new directory for the files (with FTP or Filemanager)
