    Hi

I’ve been using this plugin for quite a while now but have recently come across a problem.

I upload my backups to an Azure storage container on a regular basis, and mostly store backups in the cloud instead of keeping a ‘local’ on the host server.

However, I’ve now discovered that the backups stored in Azure do not contain all the files. I rand a few tests with backing up to the local server and found that file does contain all the files.

I’ve checked this across several my sites, and they all have the same issue, and has been happening for quite a while.

    Any suggestions?

Actually just realised the difference between the backup jobs was not local and cloud storage.

It was Zip vs Tar GZip Archive Format. Zip is working, but Tar GZip archives are missing files.

hmm did you using Windows or Mac to extract the archive? The best way to extract the archive on Windows is using the official tar or winrar.
