Load.php and WP-Settings.php Error

  • When I try to load my website I get this error

    Warning: require(/home1/cbuxton/public_html/wp-includes/load.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home1/cbuxton/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '/home1/cbuxton/public_html/wp-includes/load.php' (include_path='.:/opt/php54/lib/php') in /home1/cbuxton/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21

    I have uploaded fresh includes folders and still get the same error. Please advise.

    What were you doing right before you got this error?

    1. Were you editing any core WP files?

    2. Did you just activate a plugin or a theme?

    The only changes I had made was adding a subdomain to the site. Other than that it was working perfectly and then just crashed.
