• Hi!
I am struggling a little because when the page loads, the form doesn’t show and also there is no hint on anything loading there.

I added an exception to A3 lazy load. But still no hint.

    Thanks,

    Taisa

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Taisa,

Thanks for your message. I had a look at your page, but I see the form loading really quick. You could try a few things though to improve the loading of the form:

    1. You can add a loading message that’s shown while the form is loading. It’s called the ‘Placeholder’. You can insert your own text that you want to show as the placeholder/loading message.

    2. By default the Tripetto form starts loading after the rest of the page has been loaded, so that can cause some delay in the form loading. You can overrule that and start loading the form right away with the setting named ‘Disable asynchronous loading’. If you use that option, please note that any caching plugins that might be caching your site, might cause that not always the latest version of the form gets shown. In that case make sure you empty the cache of your site/page.

Please note that it depends on how you embedded the form, where you can find the mentioned options:

    – If you’re using the shortcode, you can add these settings to your shortcode. More info: https://tripetto.com/help/articles/how-to-embed-your-form-in-your-wordpress-site-using-the-shortcode/

    – If you’re using the Gutenberg block or Elementor widget, you can activate the mentioned settings via the block/widget. More info: https://tripetto.com/help/articles/how-to-embed-your-form-in-your-wordpress-site-using-the-gutenberg-block/ and https://tripetto.com/help/articles/how-to-embed-your-form-in-your-wordpress-site-using-the-elementor-widget/

Hope this helps you in the right direction. For now I’ll close this thread, but please let me know if you have any other questions in regards to this subject.
