    Hope you’re well today ??

    This is most likely a conflict with another plugin or a theme that you’re using.

    You can check if there are any js errors in the console, In Chrome go to “View -> Developer -> JavaScript Console” and in Firefox you can go to “Tools -> Web Developer -> Console”.

    You can also test for conflicts by temporarily using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.
