Loading too much data

Hello,
I read everywhere how light-weight your plugin is supposed to be, but when I look at my website via Google’s PageSpeed, I see that most of the loaded data comes from FluentForms. And even much more than the whole jquery library.
And then not only one file is loaded, but three files, which is a lot. And interestingly, only about 30% of the loaded data would be needed at all.
What am I doing wrong? Can this be prevented by correct settings?
